ParlaPro Learning Solution Private Limited ("ParlaPro", "we", "us", or "our") is an ed-tech company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, India. ParlaPro provides learning solutions focused on communication skills, personality development, confidence building, and related educational services for students and learners.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. Your continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance.

Eligibility

Fees, Payments, and Refunds

• ★Payments, where applicable, must be made through authorized payment gateways.

Code of Conduct for Live Sessions

• ✓Learners are expected to maintain discipline and respect during live sessions.
• ✓ParlaPro reserves the right to mute, remove, or suspend users for inappropriate conduct.
• ✓Recording or redistribution of live sessions without permission is prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ParlaPro does not guarantee specific outcomes, academic results, or personal success from participation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParlaPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Suspension and Termination
